INSTRUCTIONS TO REQUEST THE GIFT VOUCHER

  1. Fill out the form below and send a request to our reception.
  2. You will be contacted with the best proposal tailored for you.
    Once the final amount of the voucher has been agreed upon and, if you wish, the addition of extra activities, you can make the payment via bank transfer.
  3. Once payment is received, you will receive a handy digital PDF with all the details of the gift.

Remember that the voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Once the booking is made, it is possible to cancel it within 5 days from the arrival date, fully retaining the value of the Voucher and arranging with us another date of stay
  • The Voucher is not combinable with other vouchers
  • The Voucher is non-refundable
  • The Voucher is not convertible into cash
