Here’s how it works:

1. Send an email through our contact form specifying the desired type of gift voucher and the amount (150€, 250€, or 350€).
2. You will receive instructions for making the bank transfer.
3. Once the transfer is completed, we will send you the digital gift voucher within 24 hours.

THE VOUCHERS ARE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHAS

• It’s important to note that the gift vouchers can be used for all stays at Tenuta La Romana, except during holiday periods and long weekends. You are free to decide how you want to make your experience with us special.
• Once a reservation is made, it can be canceled within 5 days of the arrival date, retaining the full value of the voucher, and you can coordinate with us for another stay date.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers.
• The voucher is non-refundable.
• The voucher is not convertible into cash.
