During this weekend, you will be able to attend the traditional “Corsa delle Botti” (Barrel Race) in Nizza Monferrato, which takes place every year to celebrate the medieval origins of the city. The participants are wineries, wine cooperatives, and individual producers from Nizza Monferrato and neighboring municipalities, all united by their passion for tradition and the region.

Furthermore, there will be a food and wine event that enlivens the lively Garibaldi Square, on the occasion of the Contrade Festival.

While wine producers compete in the barrel race, the Pro Loco associations present the authentic flavors of the traditional Monferrato cuisine in their various stands.

As usual, special metal coins will be used during the event. This year, the official coin will be the “Carlino,” named in honor of the city’s patron saint.

This coin will be the only accepted means of payment during the gastronomic event. In addition to its face value, equivalent to that of the Euro, the front of the coin will display the city’s coat of arms as a symbol of belonging and local identity.

You will need access to the pool with the appropriate towels. On the bed you will find one pool towel per person included in the rate. Any additional changes and/or towels will be considered extra: you can request them at the front desk for a rental fee of € 2 each.

All rooms are equipped with:
minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kettle with tea and herbal teas.

The rooms and pool are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival to 11:00 am on the day of departure.

 

SUPPLEMENT FOR EXTRA BEDS

€ 20.00 per night: supplement for a camp bed
€ 30.00 per night: supplement for a single bed

PET SURCHARGE

Euro 20.00 per night/per pet. Rooms will be equipped with kennel and bowl.

STAY TAX

€1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Minors up to the age of 10 are exempt.

At the time of booking we require an advance of 30% of the total stay as a non-refundable confirmation. In case of cancellation, within 30 days of check-in, it will be possible to use the deposit paid for a future reservation. The balance of the stay will then be on departure.

From the moment of booking to 30 days before check-in:
30% of the total amount, equal to the deposit already paid.

We will not require further penalties.

30 days to 3 days before check-in: 60% penalty (of the total amount)

From 2 days before check-in to the same day – no-show – early departure: 100% penalty (of the total amount).

Cancellation is not allowed. Upon receipt of booking, we require payment of the total amount of the stay. Tourist taxes are excluded and will be payable on departure.

Check-in is available from 14.30 to 20.30.

For arrivals outside the established range, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to better manage your check-in

Check-out is available by 11.00 am.

Upon our availability you can use the room (and the pool in the months of opening) until 18.00 with a supplement of 40% of the daily amount of the room.

The pool is open from mid-May to late October (temperatures permitting), is not heated and is open from 10.00 to 19.00. It is necessary to access the pool with the appropriate towels.In the room you will find a pool towel per person included in the rate. Any changes and/ or towels in addition will be considered extra: you can request them at the reception rental cost € 2 each

Yes, we accept dogs and cats. We charge € 20 per night for dogs and € 10 for cats. For dogs in the room you will find a kennel and a bowl.

Notices: As they do not have areas specifically equipped for the stay of animals, their circulation in the farm areas is subject to the use of a leash.

The owners are requested to take care of the cleaning and toilet of their pets.

During their absence, the owners should make sure that their animals do not suffer from loneliness with unpleasant consequences not only for their own health but also for the quiet of the farm and the decor of the room. In case of damage to property or persons, compensation will be requested from the owners.

Pets are not allowed in the poolside and in the breakfast room.

Yes, the restaurant Piccola Torre is managed by chef Fiore Grillo and is located in front of our estate. It is open from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening.

Closing day: Monday all day, Tuesday at lunch.
